Our Zoey Commerce tutorial series aims to demystify some of Zoey’s capabilities, while offering merchants and potential Zoey customers a chance to look under the hood at our capabilities. Today, we take a look at Staff Account permissions.

Staff Accounts are what merchants assign their team to be able to work within Zoey to handle their portions of the eCommerce work. But most staff members on a team only need access to a small portion of the eCommerce capabilities. This is why we give you the ability to select to share only certain aspects of Zoey, including:

Customers using Zoey’s Advanced plan can also restrict an account to see only certain customers’ data, helpful if customer service or sales roles are divided in a way that each rep is assigned customers or customer types. Learn more about the permissions abilities in this short video:
