One of the cornerstone features of Zoey and B2B sales enablement has been the ability to generate Quotes. By allowing sellers and customers alike to be able to shape and accept Quotes, it can make it easier for more complex transactions to be reviewed and approved by all parties.
Our latest updates to Quotes adds in additional capabilities that more fully flesh out how our sellers and their customers need to use Quotes on a daily basis.
Easier Quote Management
Customers can more easily manage updating Quotes than before. For instance, they can now more easily search and add new items to a quote. They can also update quantities of multiple items at a time, saving once to capture all of the changes input.
We’ve given Zoey sellers more control over the workflow, such as a new setting that can prevent Customers from making edits to already approved quotes. Sellers also now the ability to set what Quote Status that the Accept Quote button should activate, more clearly telling Customers that the quote has reached a boy where they need to accept it to finalize the process.
Finally, we’ve also simplified ways that sellers can send Customers quotes. Along with our existing functionality to send them an email, you can now generate a link that you can send to them directly via your preferred method.
