CRM Account Dashboard & Sales Tab
The CRM has a streamlined Account Dashboard that gives users at-a-glance visibility into key sales metrics. Its interface allows users to easily manage their Accounts and send emails and invoices to their Contacts. The CRM Sales tab provides insights into recent drafts, quotes, Orders on the Account, and recently ordered items. It also includes a complete Activity log that allows users to track the date, the time, and the user who makes updates on the Account.
Track Opportunities & Leads Seamlessly
Requests collected through Zoey’s Storefront are automatically populated into the Zoey CRM as Opportunities. Your Sales Reps will then be notified of this new Opportunity to contact the prospect and begin the sales cycle that will be tracked using the CRM’s Sales Flow feature.
Streamlined Sales Flow
The CRM’s Sales Flow feature provides a clearly defined process for managing Opportunities and Leads created from webform submissions or by your sales representatives in the field. Each Opportunity or Lead follows a pre-defined workflow, beginning with a sales rep assignment, working and qualification, and progressing to closing and winning. After the lead is marked as “won,” you can send invitation emails to the contacts associated with the Account, inviting them to set up their passwords and log in to the customer portal.
If an opportunity or lead is deemed unqualified or lost at any point, you’ll be prompted to provide a reason, which will be added as an internal note.
Add Notes To Customer Accounts
The CRM allows admin users, sales reps, or customer support to add important notes to customer accounts easily. You can also tag specific Locations or Contacts on the Account for better organization. Notes can be easily edited, shared, or tagged with all changes tracked and recorded in the Account’s activity log for full transparency.
Manage B2B, opportunities, contacts, and accounts efficiently with Zoey’s CRM.

Data Import/Export
Zoey makes it easy to both import and export data to various other critical business systems. We offer a number of ways to bring in data to Zoey from other sources, as well as export data from Zoey to pass on to other systems. We also offer standard import/export options for building reports.
Offline Support
Zoey’s mobile app does not require an Internet connection to operate. Simply sign in to your staff account while in an area with Internet, and it will cache all critical data to use while in places with challenging or no connection, such as conferences.
Key data, such as product and customer information and the ability to place an order, are fully supported while in offline mode.
Zoey’s app is designed for your team to be able to work in the field, whether at customer locations, major conferences, etc., and still be able to capture sales.
Review Product Info
See relevant product information, including product images, within the app, so your buyer can be sure it’s what they’re looking for. The app will respect product settings such as required quantity purchase increments, so you won’t sell an incorrect amount of an item.
Product data is easily synced with your Zoey store whenever Internet is available, so you can pull down the latest product information.
A number of filtering and sorting scenarios are available to make it easy to search for what you’re looking for quickly and efficiently.
Customer Specific Data
Since all of your customers are downloaded, their pricing is also stored based on their Customer Group assignment, meaning you can also properly price an order while on site.
Updates are pulled whenever you sync the app, to ensure you’ve got the latest customer-specific information available in your app.
Create Orders
Salespeople can leverage the mobile app to capture orders while on the go, no matter where you are. Easily look up product and customer information, and build an order on the fly, while on site.
Orders created in offline mode can be easily synced when you have an Internet connection, pushing those orders to your Zoey store.
You can also create draft orders on the app for completion later, for those times when an order gets started but needs more information to be completed.
Generate Sales Quotes
You can create a Sales Quote for accounts who may need to review and approve an order’s structure and final cost before completing the order.
A Sales Quote is built to show the items and cost, and a buyer can review, approve the quote and turn it into an order instantly! Or they can request edits or ask questions if they’re not sure.
Drafts for Later
Zoey offers the ability to create Drafts, which is the option to save an incomplete Order or Quote for completion later. The Zoey App can see Drafts created by customers on the Zoey Web and your team in the Zoey Admin, and vice versa.
Drafts can be converted to either a Quote or an Order. Drafts can also be saved to be used as a template for recurring Orders that are similar in scope, saving time vs. starting an Order from scratch. Drafts can also be named for easier identification of what each Draft is set up to be.
Sync Information
If you do not have a good internet connection, you can sync up when you get back into a good service area, sending the orders creates while offline to your Zoey store and downloading the latest catalog and customer updates.
This syncing model allows you to use the app wherever you are, without restrictions or limitations on the information available.
The smart syncing capabilities picks up where your last sync left off, and can sync information like cart histories, attributes that are shared with mobile users, and new Accounts and Customers created.
Accept Credit Card Payments
When online, you can accept payments for orders via credit card using Stripe. Payments can be also made with saved credit cards assigned to the specific Customer placing an order, and coming soon to the entire Account.
Accept payments instantly, while on site, instead of having to wait for payment of an invoice!
Manage Your Team and Roles
The Zoey App allows for management of those who have access to the app, and what Roles they can be assigned. A Role is granted specific permissions based on the user type, which allows for information silos to keep those who don’t need access out while allowing those who require it to be able to see it.
The Zoey App allows for selecting among Roles that are already created; new Role types and the permissions they’re granted can be set up in the Zoey Admin.
Barcode Scanning
Build orders and check inventory with a built-in barcode scanning capability. Make it easy to create orders when the products are in hand, or from a barcode list that you make available to your sales team. See how much stock you have in real time as well.
B2B eCommerce
Zoey’s B2B eCommerce feature set enables you to set up a public-facing website that can provide a visible presence to existing and potential customers.
Use your catalog as SEO. Customers with special pricing can log in and see their special pricing instantly reflected on the website. Allow guests to make B2C purchases with self-service eCommerce tools that put the power of shopping in your buyers’ hands.
Hide prices or disable the cart for login guests to have a browsable catalog while protecting proprietary information like pricing. Allow buyers to sign in and see orders in progress and other information pertaining to their account.
Credit/Spending Limits
As part of the Net Terms capabilities, you can establish a credit limit, which will not allow orders to be placed over a certain number until other orders are paid down. Credit/spending limits can be set per user, location or account.
This ensures you can limit your exposure to each entity, and can set values that are acceptable risk for you to take on for each of your buyers.
Billing Functionality
Send bills and collect payments directly within Zoey, without needing to connect to any other accounting software. Payments are collected via credit card using a Stripe or Authorize.net account, or through PayPal. Or you can record an external payment made to have Zoey in alignment with your accounting.
You can send multiple bills for an order, such as collecting a deposit upfront and the balance upon shipment; send a bill for collecting a payment under Net Terms agreement; and more. If a credit card is saved on file (Stripe or Authorize.net), you can even automatically charge the card to collect payment.
Purchase Orders/Offline Payments
Along with a variety of payment gateways that are supported to capture payment instantly on Zoey, we also allow acceptance of Purchase Order information in lieu of payment, as well as a variety of offline payments such as Check/Money Order.
For payments captured outside of Zoey, a manual payment can be applied, or through integrations to solutions such as QuickBooks Online, payments recorded in accounting software can be automatically applied to Zoey orders.
Split Orders
Zoey offers a number of split order options to make fulfillment easier. Merchants can select an attribute that is attached to each of their items, and split orders up when the attribute values differ.
For example, if you receive items from three vendors, you can set up an attribute with each product tagged with the vendor that supplies it. When a customer buys products that are fulfilled by multiple vendors, the order gets split based on that attribute information. An order for each vendor is generated, which can then be passed along based on how you interact with them.
Zoey also supports the ability to split orders by each individual item, or separating items that can ship today from items that are backordered.
There are a variety of reasons to split up orders; this gives merchants control over setting the rules about when and how orders are split.
Vendor Accounts
Going along with split orders, Vendor Accounts are Staff Accounts that are configured to only show data for orders relevant to a given Vendor, using Staff Account Restrictions.
For merchants that have vendors log in to see orders placed and update them, this makes it quite simple for those vendors to access data relevant to only their orders and products that they fulfill.
Tiered Pricing
Set steps, or tiers, in which discounts apply at certain quantity levels. These tiers can be customized for different customer groups, ensuring each group sees accurate pricing, including tier pricing, per group. Tier pricing can be prominently displayed on the product page to ensure customer awareness of the price breaks.
Quick Order
For businesses that buy the same products regularly, and/or know the SKUs they wish to order, quick order forms accelerate the purchase process by allowing the entry of SKU/quantity combinations via a form or a CSV copy and paste.
To make things even easier, Zoey merchants can pre-build multiple Quick Order forms, which include pre-entered SKU and quantity pairings for standard order types, which then can be customized by a buyer.
Quick Order forms work with Zoey’s Visual Design editor to allow display on various content pages, and can be access restricted to only be visible to certain customer groups.
Drafts for Later
Zoey offers the ability to create Drafts, which is the option to save an incomplete Order or Quote for completion later. Drafts created by customers on The Zoey Web, and your team in the Zoey Admin, can be seen across the Zoey Web, App and Admin.
Drafts can be converted to either a Quote or an Order. Drafts can also be saved to be used as a template for recurring Orders that are similar in scope, saving time vs. starting an Order from scratch. Drafts can also be named for easier identification of what each Draft is set up to be.
Quantity Increments, Minimums and Maximums
When you sell items that have to be purchased more than one at a time, you can set the increment level at which they have to order. If you sell by the case, for instance, and 12 are in a case, you have the option of setting the quantity increment of 12.
You can also establish minimum and maximum quantities allowed for a given item, to avoid one customer over purchasing or setting a floor in which you’re willing to fulfill.
Customer group settings let you further control what each customer group encounters. You may require wholesale purchases by the case, but consumer-facing pricing to be higher, but allowed to buy one at a time. This is possible with Zoey’s Customer Groups segmentation.
