New Klaviyo Integration: Turn buyer activity into targeted email & SMS

We’re excited to share that Zoey now offers a native Klaviyo integration—making it simple to trigger email and SMS experiences from real-time buyer activity on your Zoey storefront.

What you can do with Zoey + Klaviyo

  • Behavior-driven marketing: Build flows that react when a buyer browses, adds to cart, starts checkout, or purchases.
  • Always-fresh data: Events sync frequently, and product catalog & buyer profiles are kept up to date automatically (nightly), so segments and recommendations stay accurate.
  • List/subscriber lifecycle syncing: Keep lists clean and compliant as subscribe/unsubscribe changes are shared from Zoey.
  • Email and SMS: Reach buyers on the channels they prefer, powered by your Zoey data.

Events available out of the box (for segmentation, flows, and win-back campaigns):
Active on Site • Viewed Product • Added to Cart • Started Checkout • Placed Order • Ordered Product.

Fast setup (no middleware required)

Connect Klaviyo right from your Zoey Admin—setup takes minutes. As part of Zoey’s onboarding and ongoing support, we handle the integration for you, without requiring third-party connectors or outside teams.

Availability: The Klaviyo Connector is available to customers on plans that include our first-party integration suite.

How to get started

  1. Segment and send
    Use your synced catalog and profiles to create segments (e.g., “Viewed but not purchased” or “High-value repeat buyers”) and power dynamic product recommendations.
  2. Create or sign in to Klaviyo
    If you’re new to Klaviyo, create your account. (Insert your Klaviyo sign-up link.)
  3. Connect Klaviyo in Zoey
    In your Zoey Admin, open the Klaviyo integration and follow the prompts to connect your account. (Insert link to your Zoey Klaviyo docs or Admin deep link.)
  4. Build your first flow
    In Klaviyo, start with high-impact automations using Zoey events:
    • Browse abandonment
    • Abandoned cart
    • Checkout recovery
    • Post-purchase + replenishment
      (Insert links to your recommended Klaviyo flow templates.)
  5. Segment and send
    Use your synced catalog and profiles to create segments (e.g., “Viewed but not purchased” or “High-value repeat buyers”) and power dynamic product recommendations.
