Here, we’ll cover other updates made throughout the last few months, as Zoey continues to evolve and grow with new capabilities that will support our sellers for the years to come.
Feature Additions & Configuration Updates
- A Pending Payment flag has been added for Invoices. When an Invoice is marked pending, it prevents it from being marked Past Due, as well as having a Net Terms Late Fee applied. If a pending payment fails, it returns to Past Due status, and any late fees are applied as set up.
- A new Payment Terms configuration allows stores to prevent Quote submission by Past Due Accounts.
- A new check will verify Product attribute values are not in use before allowing them to be deleted.
- A new Scan to Verify feature allows verification of items picked for Shipments and Invoices with Shipments for better fulfillment accuracy.
- The default option for Yes/No Attributes can now be configured as Yes, No or N/A (blank).
- A new feature can compare the set MSRP Subtotal and the Subtotal of the items ordered to display a Total Savings amount, displayed as both a dollar amount and percentage. Settings have been added to Order > Settings and Order > PDF Settings to allow display of this value.
- Authorize.Net support was added to mobile payments. Small changes to Checkout supports numeric input on mobile devices for credit card input when using Authorize.Net as the card processor.
- QuickBooks and NetSuite order tabs and UI fields will only show if the module is installed and configured.
- A new option as part of Admin Order Create and Admin Quote Create can instruct not to Split the Order, even if it meets the criteria for otherwise doing so. User permissions settings have been added for this feature.
- The ability to Split Orders can now use Date Attribute information as a splitting criteria.
- A new option allows an Admin user to create a Contact or Account based on information submitted from a Guest Order.
- A new Account permission allows the option for Contacts to checkout with drafts assigned to other Contacts.
Zoey Storefront Updates
- The description of Roles that can be managed by a Customer on the Zoey Storefront has now been updated to display the description of roles for better understanding of the options.
- The ability to export Store Credit balance and history was added to the Zoey Storefront My Account Dashboard.
- Logged out messages were added to the Account Links component to tell Zoey Storefront users to log in.
- When inventory is only available from one location, it will now automatically be assigned on orders created on the Zoey Storefront and Zoey Admin.
- Pricing will now display “As Low As” on the Zoey Storefront for Configurable Product variations where “Starting From” values aren’t available, and variation prices start lower than the Configurable Product price.
- A clickable modal was added to shipped quantity information on the Zoey Storefront, which displays the shipments and tracking number(s) for the item.
- Inventory locations have been added to various display locations where Products are rendered on the Zoey Storefront, including the Product Grid, List, Table, Wishlist and Last Ordered locations. On lists, a setting has been added to enable Location dropdowns.
- Line Item Comments can now be added during Order creation on the Zoey Storefront, as it can in the Zoey Admin. Item Comments will capture the Customer ID and the date created/updated to be able to show the commenter and date information.
- Category configurable filters now allow display on only desktop, only mobile, both or neither as options.
Data Mapper Updates
- The Product Data Mapper has been updated to allow it to be run as an Account/Customer to include the Net Price (the price a customer would pay). Tier pricing is not factored into this calculation due to the lack of a quantity to price it against.
- The Product Data Mapper now supports data exporting for multiple Inventory Locations through new field options.
- The Shipment Items Data Mapper now incorporates Carrier and Carrier Tracking URL as exportable fields.
- A Data Mapper Audit Log has been added to the Admin View Order page.
- A Store Credit Balance filter has been added to the Accounts Export Data Mapper.
- Data Mappers can now export Product Type as a field.
Bulk Action Updates
- A new Bulk Action for Customers and Accounts on their respective grids offers the ability to Change Customer Groups.
- A new Bulk Action for the Accounts grid offers the ability to Export Product Account Restrictions.
- Category Access Restrictions options have been added to both Bulk Actions and Export.
- The Product > Configurable Data Export function in the Bulk Actions area has been updated to be a format that can be Imported, making it easier to download, update and import.
Visual Design Editor Updates
Throughout this period, a variety of updates have been made to the Visual Design Editor to continue to evolve the foundation on which store designs are built, and to modernize and update various elements that our customers rely on to manage their stores’ designs.
- The Visual Design Editor was updated to implement new shadow options across a number of elements, including the header.
- The Visual Design Editor’s header and text components have been updated to be more modern and consistent with today’s solutions, primarily simpler settings that tie back to the theme’s structure, instead of requiring individual editing of settings like font, size and color.
- New design attributes have been added to the Single Product Attribute on the Product Page within the Visual Design Editor.

Report Updates
- Total Shipping column of the Total Shipped Report was revised to the Invoiced Shipping Amount. Formula tooltips were added to the Total Sales Shipping and Invoiced Shipping Amount column headers of the report.
- A new Sales by State Report is now available, allowing the ability to see sales by Billing or Shipping state for a given date range, and can be organized by Invoices or Orders. Export to CSV is supported.
Other Updates
- An Audit Log has been added to Shipping Methods to track changes made to their settings.
- The Grouped Picklist has been updated to add a column for Order Attributes.
- And Audit Log was added to track changes on the Product > Settings screen.
- An API endpoint has been added to allow editing of Invoices.
- Quantity Billed was added to the Order Items API info method.
- The Subtotal has been added as a displayed value on the Quote Submission Page.
- Wishlist items can now have a 0 quantity.
- Product metadata automatic creation can now be disabled. Product imports can also now clear previously set product metadata.
- The Accounts Products grid has been updated to allow in-line editing of customer group pricing. It also now supports CSV import and export of data.
- The Order CSV Export Template now includes Order Item Comments.
- The Audit Log now records when AOC creates an order that isn’t a Draft.
