Accounts/Customers
Note: If using Zoey Accounts, Accounts will map to NetSuite Customers, and Zoey Customers will map to Contacts in NetSuite

- Send Customers without an Account from Zoey to NetSuite
- Sync Pricing Groups in NS to Customer Groups in Zoey

- Sync Zoey Custom Customer Attributes with NetSuite Custom Customer Fields
- Custom Filtering to limit which Customers are Synced
- Map and Sync NetSuite Sales Reps with Zoey Team Members (Sales Reps)
- NetSuite Customers with NetTerms will have NetTerms enabled for them in Zoey and a credit limit set (note: credit availability & balance will be managed by Paid/Unpaid Orders)
Products
Note: Products should be bulk-created in Zoey using Export/Imports and linked to NetSuite using product SKU or a Custom Attribute for NetSuite ID
- Sync Inventory from NetSuite to Zoey by choosing which NetSuite inventory location to send to Zoey Products
- Sync Pricing, including Customer Price Levels
- Map and Sync custom fields from NetSuite to Product Attributes in Zoey
- Per product you can specify if a product is Inventory or Assembly.
- A simple or variation product in Zoey can be sent as an Inventory or Assembly item in an order.
Orders
- Orders placed in NetSuite will be sent to Zoey and mapped to the Zoey Account/Customer
- Orders placed in Zoey will be sent to NetSuite and mapped to the NetSuite Customer/Contact
- Order Items, Discounts, Shipping Method & Cost, Payment Method and Tax will be included in the Order Sync.
- Orders placed in Zoey by Guest Customers can either be created as Customers in NetSuite or mapped to a single NetSuite customer (for Web-Customer or B2C tracking).
- Order Statuses in Zoey will follow its typical Pending, Processing and Complete workflow based on Shipping and Payment status.
Shipping & Payment
- When Orders are marked as PAID in NetSuite, Zoey will mark the order as PAID. You can configure Zoey to send the “Paid Invoice Email” to the customer.
- If Order billing is Done via Credit Card through Zoey, Zoey will mark NetSuite orders as PAID after payment is captured.
- When Orders are Shipped in NetSuite, Zoey will mark the order as Shipped and any Tracking details will be synced. You can configure Zoey to send the “Shipment Email” to the customer including tracking details.
- If Shipping is done in Zoey or synced from a 3rd Party (like ShipStation) to Zoey, Zoey will mark NetSuite orders as Shipped and send any tracking details.
Credit Memos/Refunds
- If an Order is refunded in NetSuite, Zoey will mark the order as Refunded (create a credit memo). You can configure Zoey to send the “Credit Memo Email” to the customer.
- If Refunds are done in Zoey, Zoey will mark NetSuite orders as Refunded (Credit Memo).
Order Attributes
- Zoey Order Attributes (such as Comments, Shipment Dates or other custom attributes) will be synced to Orders in NetSuite.
- Zoey Order Attribute edits made after the Order is Synced to NetSuite will re-sync once daily. (timing configurable)
Order Cancelations or Edits
- If an Order is canceled in NetSuite, Zoey will attempt to mark the order as Canceled. If the Zoey Order was PAID or SHIPPED before being canceled, this may require your attention to resolve.
- If an Order is canceled in Zoey, Zoey will attempt to mark the order as Canceled in NetSuite. If the Order was PAID or SHIPPED in NetSuite before being canceled, this may require your attention to resolve.
- Editing Orders (items, shipping, tax etc…) in Zoey requires the original order to be Canceled and a new Order to be created. If you complete the Editing of an order in Zoey, the original order will be canceled and the process above will be followed.
- Editing Orders in NetSuite will not sync to Zoey at this time. We plan to implement this ability in the near future.
