Reorder an Order
To simplify the ability to build a new order that continues a pattern of previous orders, Zoey lets you click Reorder on each previously placed order, and then make adjustments to those items in your cart, such as updating quantities or removing/adding items, before completing a purchase.
Make placing orders that are standard for your buyers easy through the ability to use a previous order as a template.
Ordered Items Page
Zoey’s Ordered Items list shows a list of SKUs of previously purchased items, with the newest items on top. A search box makes it easier to surface items further on the list, and a buyer can enter quantities for multiple items at once, and add all to the cart at the same time.
For those businesses who need to place reorders of items they purchase from a merchant regularly, this makes it easy to find without having to click around through the catalog or search for each item one by one. Reducing friction to placing orders of regular items will help repeat business.
My Account
My Account provides buyers with a self-service dashboard that they can use to track and manage a variety of information. This includes:
- Order status and shipping information
- Sales Quotes submitted, approved or rejected
- Address book of billing and shipping information
- Recently ordered items
- My Catalog, which lets you save items to a list
- Credit cards on file, when enabled on a Zoey store
By offering My Account you empower customers to take care of basic information updates and see key information without needing to email a salesperson or call customer service, reducing support inquiries and allowing merchants to focus efforts on acquiring more sales.
Pay Invoices
Zoey allows buyers to pay invoices for orders that are placed but not paid for yet, through Zoey’s innovative billing system. Customers can log into their account to see and pay open invoices, and sellers can send out email reminders automatically for invoices whose due dates are approaching. Completed payments can be sent to accounting software such as QuickBooks Online to confirm payments made.
Faceted Site Search
Stores with more complicated catalogs tend to rely on a powerful search capability to help buyers find what they’re looking for. Zoey offers a faceted search capability, which allows not only the standard fuzzy searching for misspellings, but the use of attribute data to further filter down the options to exactly what a buyer is looking for.
Store owners can control which attributes are leveraged for search and which are not. Merchants can build out attribute data for the sole use of search to help make products more easily found.
My Catalog/Wishlist
Buyers can save important SKUs to lists for later reference, or order, for an easier time organizing regular purchases and keeping relevant products handy. This can also be used as an internal tool for sharing lists of products between people publicly and allowing for some commentary around them.Comments can also be left for further management of information around a list.
Multi-Address Checkout
Buyers can build an order and assign different addresses to different items on an order, allowing for shipping to multiple locations within a single purchase. Zoey will automatically split up the order into smaller pieces, with the items in each address constituting its own order with updates for shipping, processing, etc. emailed out to the buyer.
Address Book
With Zoey buyers can list all of their billing and shipping addresses in a stored address book, reducing the amount of data entry required when placing an order. The buyer can also assign defaults for each, making it easier when one billing or shipping address tends to be used more frequently.
