Zoey has been investing in not only expanding our set of Reports available to our sellers, but also adding the features you’ve told us will make them even more powerful.
More Controls, More Details
We have been updating our reports to feature more filtering capabilities to make it easier to hone in on the data that is relevant to your needs at a given moment. Whether it be the ability to filter by Date or Sales Rep (including for the latter the ability to select multiple Sales Reps), we continue to enhance how to filter down the data to the key information you need to reference.
On the Products Ordered Report, you can group information by Account, or filter by Account, to better see specific accounts reflected in the data more clearly. The Best Sellers Report has been enhanced with new Category and Attribute filters, as well as a new column displaying the total sales amount.
We have added the ability to see more details when clicking on the row of various reports, such as Total Shipped, Transactions and Accounts by Order Total reports, making additional information just a click away.
We know some businesses need to look at data differently than others, and when a scenario arises, such as including or excluding shipping in order totals in the Accounts By Order Total report, you are now able to select which view to see. The Total Shipped Report was recently updated to show the First Shipment Create Data and the Total Sales Subtotal.
Surcharge values have been added to the information available in both the Transaction and Invoice reports.
Finally, as we have in other places throughout Zoey, data exporting is now becoming available based on the various settings and filters you’ve created.

Our work doesn’t stop with the existing reports – we continue to add new ones over time, most recently with the launch of our Quote Forecasting Report, which can help provide some forward looking visibility to revenue based on Quote activity.
