Many sellers today reach customers in a variety of ways. B2B sellers are also setting up storefronts for direct to consumer outreach, for instance. Having sales captured in multiple locations can require effort to fulfill across various channels, but it doesn’t have to be difficult.
Zoey’s native integrations to platforms like FAIRE are helping with bringing marketplace and direct sales through Zoey together, to make fulfilling and shipping through one location possible. Now, with our native Shopify Integration, we take the next step in making it possible to fulfill all your orders, regardless of channel, in one location – your Zoey Admin dashboard.
The integration can be configured to automatically import orders on a schedule, up to 10 times per hour. You can also manually import orders.
You can set up orders to be automatically marked paid and/or shipped, as necessary. When fulfillment is happening through Zoey, you can have shipping information passed back to Shopify, either automatically, or manually at your discretion.
Zoey can also maintain accurate inventory in Shopify by linking products between the two platforms (made possible by matching the name or the SKU between both platforms). Inventory mapping for multiple locations is supported with our native integration.
As always, our support library has the step by step details on how to get Shopify orders flowing into Zoey, and shipping and inventory updates back to Shopify.
