Recent Zoey Updates for Fall 2020

While we have recently shared some of our iOS app enhancements, development of our Zoey Web and Zoey Admin components continue apace as well. Examples include integrations with Quickbooks Online and Salesforce, developed by our team, to make data even more accessible than before.

With that in mind, here’s additional updates we’ve released that can help our merchants do even more. Remember that you can always stay up to date with the latest updates.

Quotes Enhancements
  • Quotes can now respect the same minimum order quantity rules as for orders, ensuring a quote can’t be set up to violate order rules (a new setting allows this to be checked).
  • Tax settings updates will now properly carry over tax calculations from a quote to an order. 
  • Add to Wishlist is now available from the Admin Quote Creation screen.
  • Guest Quote Submit no longer works when login is required.
  • The quote submission page can now show prices, as well as discounts and subtotals.
Gift Card Enhancements
  • Gift Cards are not created until order is captured.
  • You can no longer send a reminder email for inactive gift cards; if a gift card is then activated the email will then send.
  • The view Gift Card page now has a link to the order that created it.
  • Partial invoicing now will check for gift card items; if there is more than one gift card in an order it cannot be partially invoiced.
  • The admin now has created and last used date columns for additional helpful information.
  • Exporting the gift card grid is now also more reliable.
Customer Enhancements
  • Admin improvements make it clearer as to which account a customer is connected.
  • The capability to edit sales rep for company placed orders has been disabled. 
Abandoned Cart Enhancements
  • You can now add email addresses to abandoned cart emails.
  • Variables have been updated so you have more control over the emails.
  • Additional settings were included to toggle on/off images within an abandoned cart email, as well as price settings.
QuickBooks Online Connector Enhancements
  • Set the SKU, Name or a custom attribute field for mapping Zoey Products to QuickBooks Products.
  • Set a custom attribute field for mapping Zoey Customers to QuickBooks Customers.
  • You now have the option to have all Zoey Orders import as QuickBooks Invoices against the same default QuickBooks Customer.
  • The Billing Address will now show on the QuickBooks Invoice.
  • Name and Company (if set) will now show on the bill/ship addresses on QuickBooks Invoices.
  • Discounts, Shipping and Tax can be configured to appear as line items in QuickBooks Invoices.
