This has been a busy and productive period for the Zoey team, with a number of important updates being released in the past few months, which we’ve shared here:
- Shop Support on Meta Platforms (such as Facebook)
- Set Invoice Net Terms While Processing Orders on ShipStation
- Buyers Can Now Individually Build Order Guide Forms
- Zoey CRM Update: Log Activity Conducted With Your Accounts
- Manage Multiple Shipments for a Single Order With Split-Quote Shipping Rates
But along with bigger releases, smaller yet important additions and updates dot our release schedule, which sees more than 250 releases annually and reaches across every seller we support.
With that in mind, here’s additional updates released over the past few months, covering the end of 2025 and the start of 2026:
Visual Design Editor & Media Support
- A new image gallery option with a flexible image count has been added to the Visual Design Editor.
- Design enhancements add more flexibility to menu display options within the Visual Design Editor.
- Login and password set/reset forms on mobile now pick up Visual Design Editor branding settings.
- In the Visual Design Editor, the flags for New and Sale products can now be given separate colors, as opposed to sharing the same color.
- When hovering over a condensed header in the Visual Design Editor, you can now see the full name of the header in question.
- A new mobile header nav option has been added to the Visual Design Editor.
- The Media Manager now as an Export ability for Folders with a list of all the files in a given folder.
- Product Images now support the webp image format.
- Product creation and management now supports using a Zoey store’s Media gallery for product image sourcing, avoiding re-upload scenarios when Zoey already has the images saved.
Data Mappers & Data Import/Export
- The Shipment Import Data Mapper has a new setting to disable the adding up of row item shipping totals, for compatibility with platforms that have completed this math before being imported to Zoey.
- EDI-810 support has been added to the list of Invoice Item Data Mapper Export Templates.
- CC Transaction ID is now available on the Transaction Data Mapper.
- The full image path field is now provided in the Product Data Mapper. If there’s no image, it will be blank.
- Bill Net Terms fields have been added to both the Data Mapper and the EDI-810 template.
- Invoice Items Data Mappers now feature Shipped, Cancelled, and Refunded Order Item quantity fields.
- The Products Data Mapper can now export products’ full product link for providing to platforms such as Meta.
- New Data Mapper has been created for Importing Account Pricing and Restrictions.
- The Product Data Mapper Export now has new filter options “Status” and “Visibility.”
- Updates have been made to Bill Order Info API endpoints and Bill Item CSV Export to bring them into alignment regardless of how the data is accessed.
- Data validation on the Order Import CSV uploads will check for invalid UTF8 characters to reduce issues.
- When CSV Imports attempt to create Orders with disabled products, it will now throw an error to alert what needs to be fixed to proceed.
- Transactions synced into Zoey from QuickBooks will now reference as such for easy filtering within Zoey of those originating from the QuickBooks platform.
- When Shopify Bulk Inventory Export fails due to being unable to complete in the time available, a Retry button now allows it to pick back up to complete the process.
- Admin Order Create/Admin Quote Create offers a CSV import to add products based on a unique attribute lookup.
- Shipment Imports, including those for EDI-856, now supports a Discount column.
- Group price support has been added for our Fishbowl integration.
- Our NetSuite connector now supposed the ability to create Open NS Orders in Zoey.
Reports Updates
- New Sales Rep specific filtering and grouping have been added to the Sales > Orders and Sales > Paid reports.
- Products in Cart Report now supports Quantity Available as a column to be displayed.
- A New Report was added for Backordered Items. Select a date range, see how many have been ordered, and see how many are in stock. Find the report at Reports > Report > Sales > Backordered Items.
- The Tax Report can now be grouped by country, region and zip code.
New Settings
- The Zoey App now offers the ability to enable or disable our AI features. The option can be found under Experimental Settings.
- Account support has been added to Discounts > Coupon Information.
- A new setting allows for Import Product Cost syncing from QuickBooks to be enabled or disabled. This setting can only be used if Import Product Prices syncing is already enabled.
- A new setting for Klaviyo lets sellers decide if events triggered while an Admin is logged in as a Customer is sent to Klaviyo or not.
- A new option allows Orders that only contain backordered items to not be charged at the time of the order. The setting can be found under Product Settings > Backorders > Do Not Charge Backorders
- An option now allows for sorting Group Picklist by an Attribute Value when a sort map isn’t available.
- Updates to Admin Order Create and Admin Quote Create allow for file attachments to be set as internal (only available to the seller’s team and not the Customer or Account). This setting can be managed under Order > Settings. Attachments can now be added in the Admin via drag and drop as well.
- Team User > Permissions has been updated to factor in various team permission options around creating and managing Products.
- Customer Role limitations now offer the option to limit the amount ordered in a year (a companion to the existing limit for an amount in a month). The additional setting can be found within Customer Roles > User Restriction > Can Submit Orders.
- A new button within Admin Order Create, Admin Quote Create and Admin Draft Create can refresh totals without making any changes to the price or quantity of the Order/Quote/Draft in progress.
- Account-level settings for products, such as quantity minimums, have been added.
- A new Location Inventory option allows for display of a specific quantity only when quantity is low enough to trigger that feature (and otherwise show a more generic message which can now be customized).
- A new option allows suppressing of Quote reminder emails based on the Quote status.
- A new setting allows “Starting From” pricing to be overridden when tier pricing can result in a price lower than the “Starting From” price. “As Low As” pricing from the tier structure replaces it.
- Okta SSO login can be redirected to the homepage or the customer dashboard based on the setting chosen in the Admin.
- A new setting allows Zoey sellers to decide what state to set Net Term Orders. The setting can be found under Settings > Customer Settings > Net Terms.
- A new setting allows Online Payment Methods to be hidden when recording Offline Payments.
- New settings have been added under Account > Edit Net Terms that allow preventing Orders and Quote Submissions from Past Due Accounts. This will override the global Payment Terms settings when Disable Net Terms When Orders are Past Due is set to Yes.
- A new setting allows the disabling of Add to Cart for Simple Products, both as a product level setting and a global setting.
- Product Attributes have been added to the Invoice Items Export.
- A new Bulk Action can Send Statements to multiple Open Invoices via the Account > Account List page.
- The ability to add Attachments to an Invoice has been incorporated. These attachments are visible to the Admin Invoice screen, Zoey Storefront Orders details, and the Invoice Email. API support was also added for Attachments for both Invoices and Shipments.
- Table Rate Shipping now supports Surcharges, both as a percentage or dollar amount, as an option.
- New filtering on Orders > Advance Search Filters and Orders > Chart Block Filters offers a Month to Date option.
- Sales Reps are now an available Bulk Update option on the Orders screen.
Other Updates
- Pick List functionality has been added to Drafts.
- Started carts sent to Klaviyo now incorporate a Quick Cart Recovery URL for resuming checkout. Another trigger added started checkouts for guests.
- A new email template variable allows the display of a product’s base price alongside the price the customer actually paid (which can differ due to variables like Customer Group pricing).
- The Payment Processor Transaction grid will show Bill increment IDs when available.
- If a product is not sellable, it will now show as out of stock on Quick Order Forms.
- Tap to Pay support has been added to the Zoey App.
- ACH has been added to the list of supported Payment Methods for Split Orders.
- Invoicing Automation now supports the creation of $0 Invoices when the grand total is $0 due to discounting.
- Account/Customer Name has been added as a column to the Backordered Items Order Grid.
- The Product Essentials Component can now link to the specific product page for a variation if set to Visible in the catalog.
- Payment methods available for Capture Payment now aligns with those available for Invoice Create Capture.
- The Zoey Admin now shows audit log data for Pay Now.
- New email templates have been added with ability to activate when Customers register for Product Stock Alerts and Price Alerts.
- A new column showing Total Sales (YTD) has been added to the Accounts grid.
- Invoices can now be created with quantities greater than the Order Item Quantities.
- Flat rate shipping can now be configured to only appear when certain SKUs are in the cart.
