But not every buyer is the same, and each buyer may have their own predictable and repeatable item ordering patterns. So our latest update to Quick Order Forms takes things one step further.
Now, individual buyers (when given permission to do so) can customize Quick Order Forms and save to them the items and quantities they want to have available as a starting point, making setting up bulk reordering scenarios simpler than ever. This means the ability to add, edit and delete product/quantity pairings.
You as a seller can establish a Quick Order Form blueprint that each buyer can modify and adjust to their own liking. Even better, versioning allows additional revisions, or a reversal to a previous version, with minimal difficulty.
For Admins, an audit log allows a view of who made which changes and when, making it easy to diagnose when something’s gone wrong, as well as see what’s changed over time. If an admin updates the default, those who have modified their view will continue to see the modified view saved to their personal profile.
